Encouraging Patient Results

**Cholesterol Results for Ms. W.: Total Cholesterol went from 259 to 98; Triglygerides from 313 to 236; HDL from 33 to 37 and LDL from 163 to 14!! HgbA1C went down from 10.4 to 6.6 also! Incredible job!

***I just wanted to drop a little note about the program I was on and to let you know how I am coming along.A year later I still am doing the areobics 3 to 5 times a week.  I still meditate daily and I do the yoga stretching just about daily.  I don’t miss many days of that. I still walk, weather permitting, 30 minutes a day. My medication is still greatly reduced from when I started this last year. I am down size wise from a 22W to a ladies size 14/16. From JS

***Results for Mr. H. after 3 months: Lost 15 lbs.  BP down 144/83 to 102/64. Cholesterol significantly improved: Total cholesterol 283 down to 195; Triglycerides 356 down to 128; LDL 178 down to 128. EXCELLENT!!

***Mr. M. has had a great improvement in his cholesterol when compared to last August! He has dropped his Total cholesterol 55pts (25% reduction), LDL 23pts (20% reduction) and Triglycerides 92pts (51% reduction)! That is awesome with just diet and exercise! You should be very proud of yourself.

***Mrs. S. has also had an excellent improvement in her cholesterol from September! She has dropped her TC 40pts (17% reduction), Triglycerides 56pts (35% reduction), LDL 36pts (36% reduction) and increased her HDL 7pts! Awesome!
